Family Therapy
Family Therapy
Family therapy offers a shared, respectful space where family members can come together to better understand one another and the patterns that shape their relationships. Rather than focusing on any one person as “the problem,” the work attends to how each voice, experience, and need exists within the wider family system.
Families often seek therapy during times of transition, conflict, or strain — when communication feels fraught, roles feel stuck, or emotions run high. Others arrive with a quieter wish to strengthen connection, support a child or adolescent, or navigate change with more care and coherence. Family therapy provides space to slow down, listen differently, and make room for perspectives that may have gone unheard.
My approach is grounded in the belief that every family member is doing their best within the limits of what feels safe and known to them. Together, we explore how patterns of interaction developed, what they protect, and how they might gently evolve. This process can foster greater understanding, emotional safety, and a renewed sense of collaboration within the family.
