Psychedelic Integration
Individual Integration Sessions | One-on-one space for depth, clarity, and meaning-making.
In individual integration sessions, we take the time to explore your psychedelic experience in depth — whether it was joyful, terrifying, or mystifying. Together, we create a reflective and supportive environment to unpack emotional, psychological, and spiritual content. We work at a pace that respects where you are at, grounding insights in the present moment and your daily life.
These sessions are informed by dedicated training in psychedelic integration, interpersonal neurobiology, trauma-informed care, and person-centred psychotherapy.
As a PACFA-registered counsellor, I am ethically and legally permitted to provide integration support before or after psychedelic experiences, but I am not able to be present during a session where prohibited substances are used. This is because psilocybin and MDMA remain illegal outside of specific clinical trials or approved psychiatric treatment settings in Australia.
This work may include:
Emotional processing of non-ordinary states
Integration of mystical or visionary experiences
Resourcing after challenging or disorienting journeys
Reconnecting to purpose, values, or inner guidance
Psychedelic Integration Groups | A shared space for meaning-making and human connection.
Psychedelic experiences can open a window where the mind feels more flexible, open, and capable of change. In that space, many people find themselves questioning old beliefs about who they are - and beginning to relate to themselves with more compassion and honesty.
But these shifts need time, reflection, and - perhaps most importantly - a sense of acceptance, appreciation, and attention to truly take root.
That’s where integration groups come in. Sitting with others who have also been through powerful experiences can be grounding, connective, and deeply affirming. In these small, closed groups, there’s space to speak openly, to be heard, and to feel less alone - especially in the messy or uncertain parts that often follow a journey.
Our work together draws on the principles of group psychotherapy, with a focus on what’s unfolding in the here and now - between us, in the room. Inspired by Irvin Yalom’s process approach, these sessions offer both structure and spaciousness, allowing honest reflection to unfold in a way that’s contained, respectful, and alive.
