Couples Therapy
Couples Therapy
Couples therapy offers a shared, confidential space where the relationship itself becomes the focus of care and understanding. It is a place to slow things down, listen more deeply, and explore what is happening between you — beneath recurring conflicts, misunderstandings, or emotional distance.
Rather than assigning blame or teaching one partner how to fix the other, my approach is grounded in the belief that difficulties arise within relational patterns that once served a purpose. Together, we attend to how each of you experiences the relationship, how you protect yourselves when things feel unsafe, and what longings sit underneath familiar cycles. This creates the conditions for greater empathy, honesty, and emotional connection.
Some couples arrive in crisis — following betrayal, conflict, or the threat of separation. Others come with a quieter sense that something vital has been lost, or that communication has become strained or repetitive. Couples therapy can support both repair and renewal, offering space to rediscover trust, intimacy, and shared meaning.

I work with couples and relationship constellations of all kinds, including monogamous, polyamorous, and consensually non-monogamous relationships. Whether you are seeking to consciously uncouple, navigate a period of strain, or deepen an already strong bond, couples therapy offers a space to meet each other - and yourselves - with greater clarity, care, and compassion.
